30-Day Return Window

Items purchased from BUY365 Mall are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

The return window begins on the day of delivery, or within 30 days of the maximum delivery date provided in your order confirmation.

This is referred to as the '30 Day Return Window.'

 

Ineligible Items for Return

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

 

  • Custom-made or personalized goods
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., skin lotion, toothpaste), once they have been opened
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or software that have been opened after delivery
  • Perishable goods or products that deteriorate or expire quickly

If you've purchased any services, refunds will be subject to the local provider's policies.

 

To verify a specific item's return eligibility, check the 'BUY365 Buyer Protection' section on the product details page or view your Order History after purchase.

 

Refund Process

If your item is eligible for a refund, BUY365 will process the refund to your original form of payment.

Shipping costs will also be refunded unless you chose expedited or non-standard delivery at the time of purchase (e.g., overnight or next-day shipping).

 

In some cases, you may receive a refund without needing to return the item.

Otherwise, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Apparel Return Policy

Most apparel items can be returned within the 30-Day Window, with exceptions:

 

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and sealed apparel that have been opened are not eligible for return
  • Sellers may offer exchanges for size or color, depending on availability, after you initiate the return process.

 

Standard Returns Process

 

  1. Check Eligibility: View your order history to see if your item is eligible for return.
  2. Initiate a Return: If eligible, contact our support team to initiate the return process.
  3. Return Timeline: If a return is required, send the item back within 30 days of receiving your return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

Cancellations and Buyer’s Remorse

Returned products must be mailed to the original address. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.

If you need to cancel an order, there is a limited window to do so via Customer Support.

After this period, you may need to wait until the item is delivered to request a return.
